Our Policies

Renters must be at least 25 years of age, hold a valid United States driver's license, valid credit card, and have verfiable full coverage insurance. Renters must also have a clean driving record free of recent significant moving violations, DUI convictions, or other major infractions within the past three years. All rentals are at the discretion of and must be approved by the Supercar Rentals, Inc. management. While the car is rented, the renter's insurance will be the primary policy for the vehicle. The Rates that are provided are for one driver.

Cars must only be used in accordance with posted traffic laws and speed limits. Driver is responsible for any speeding, parking, or moving violations and fines. The cars shall not be used in any race, rally, test, competition, or any motorsport event. Off-road or track use is prohibited. Unless prior arrangements are made, the cars must only be driven within 50 miles of delivery location.

Cars should be returned in the same condition they are delivered in. All damages will be responsibility of the renter and must be settled before the security deposit or credit card hold is relinquished. The cars will be delivered with a full tank of gasoline, if refueling is required, only 93 octane fuel should be used.

We verify your insurance coverage and driving record
A 20% deposit is charged to the credit card to hold the rental
The car is delivered as requested with the balance being charged on the day of the rental
